Follow these 8 steps in order. Do not skip any step. Each step has a checklist — all items must be checked before moving to the next step.

Before you begin: You need the hotel's PMS credentials, Stripe account access, Fish Audio API key, and a list of approved vendors. Collect these from the hotel's IT manager before starting Step 1.
Critical Warnings
- •You MUST be a workspace admin to clone and move apps.
- •The clone does NOT copy data — only code and structure.
- •Connected integrations (Mews, Stripe, Fish Audio) are copied as placeholders and MUST be reconnected.
Detailed Instructions
- 1Log into the Base44 workspace where the master Lucy app lives.
- 2Go to the Apps section in the left sidebar.
- 3Find the master Lucy app card.
- 4Click the "More Actions" (three dots) button on the app card.
- 5Select "Clone app" from the dropdown menu.
- 6Name the clone after the hotel (e.g. "Lucy — The Grand Hotel").
- 7Wait for the clone to complete — this takes 1-2 minutes.
- 8Open the cloned app's dashboard.
- 9Click "Overview" → "More Actions" next to "View usage".
- 10Select "Move app".
- 11Choose the destination workspace (the hotel's own workspace, or a shared operations workspace).
- 12Click "Move App" to confirm.
- 13Open the moved app — you now have a fresh Lucy instance ready to configure.
Completion Checklist — do not proceed until ALL items are checked
Hotel is Live!
Once all 8 steps are complete and every checklist item is checked, the hotel is live with Lucy. Monitor the first 48 hours closely — check the Logs section for any errors, and be available for the hotel GM's questions.
