Setup by PMS System

  1. 1Log in to your Mews admin portal
  2. 2Navigate to Settings → Webhooks / Integrations → Add Webhook
  3. 3Paste the webhook URL above and set content type to application/json
  4. 4Subscribe to these events:
    reservation.createdreservation.updatedreservation.cancelledguest.checkinguest.checkout
  5. 5Add header x-webhook-secret: YOUR_SECRET matching your Base44 PMS_WEBHOOK_SECRET
  6. 6Send a test reservation — it will appear in Lucy's Reservations entity within seconds

What Gets Synced

reservation.createdNew booking → Reservation entity created
