Room noise issue

Room 312 was very noisy from the street. Complained twice but nothing was done. Disappointed given the price.

Great location, average F&B

Superb central location. Staff were friendly. Restaurant was a little slow and the menu felt limited.

Perfect anniversary trip

The team surprised us with champagne and flowers in the room — we never mentioned it was our anniversary but they noticed from our booking. Extraordinary attention to detail.

Good but overpriced

Nice hotel but the rates are very high for what you get. Breakfast was good but room was smaller than expected.
